Terms and Conditions

This Acceptable Use Policy constitutes an Agreement between JrWebWorks and it's account holders ("Customers") and System Users. This Agreement applies to all JrWebWorks Hosting Customers and all users of JrWebWorks servers, including FTP access account holders and all users accessing any World Wide Web server hosted on JrWebWorks servers and related systems ("System Users"). This Agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between JrWebWorks and its Customers and System Users and supersedes any other written or oral agreement.

You will be notified of this by an announcement on our website. If you do not agree with any of the modifications made then you must contact us immediately.
Failure to do this will constitute as your binding acceptance of the change.
1. 1. Limitation of Warranty
JrWebWorks makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, for the service it is providing. JrWebWorks also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. JrWebWorks will not be responsible for damages suffered by any Customer, including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, misdeliveries, system failures or service interruptions caused by any source whatsoever, including JrWebWorks's own negligence, subscriber's errors or omissions, or due to the fault of third parties. Customers understand and agree that JrWebWorks undertakes no obligation to maintain, protect or safeguard Customer's data stored on any JrWebWorks equipment and Customer agrees to accept responsibility for maintaining backup copies of all such data. Customer agrees to upload and store data to JrWebWorks equipment at Customer's own risk and Customer expressly assumes such risk.

2. 2. Pages can not contain, or contain links to, any of the following: nudity, sex, pornography, foul language, hate propaganda, anything illegal, mail fraud or pyramid schemes. This includes anything considered adult material.
3. 3. You can not copy any other page and/or images without prior consent from the originator of the other page and/or images.
4. 4. You will not send unsolicited email, Spam to newsgroups, or Spam to internet search engines which reference your JrWebWorks page.
5. 5. JrWebWorks reserves the right to delete any page it deems unacceptable for any reason without prior notice.
6. 6. JrWebWorks makes no guarantee as to the availability of service.
7. 7. JrWebWorks reserves the right to change these rules at any time without notice.
8. 8. Payment Policy
8. 1 Paying by Check – All customers who choose to pay via check must pay initial amount due prior to account setup.
8.2 Billing Pro-Ration Policy – All customers signing up for service prior to the 15th of the month will be billed all applicable setup fees plus a prorated amount due for the remainder of the month. All customers who sign up for service on or after the 15th of the month will be billed all applicable setup fees plus a prorated amount due for the remainder of the month, plus the next month's fees. (Not all accounts subject to this policy.)
8.3 Billing Cycle and Late Fee Policy -- All accounts are billed in advance on the 25th of the month preceding the actual billed month. Customers have up to and including the 14st of the billing month to pay amount due. Payments not received by the 14st day of the month for which service is due, incur a late fee of at least $5.00. All accounts not paid by the 25th day of the month for which service is due, are subject to suspension. During suspension, sites are not available for FTP. e-mail or viewing by the public.
Example: A customer would be billed for May service on the 25th of May. The bill would be due by June 14th. Payments made after 15th would incur a late fee. On the 25th of June, in this example, service would be suspended.
8.4 Miscellaneous -- The Customer is responsible for any and all fixed and accumulative charges for this account. In addition to any late fees, past due accounts may be subject to reasonable collection and legal fees as well as interest accrued at 1.5% per month, or the state legal limit, whichever is lower. Returned checks are subject to a charge of $30.00 regardless of amount.
9. Customer Support Options.
Standard Support On all accounts, – This free support covers issues such as basic setup questions, trouble reporting, requests to change passwords or user id’s, etc. Standard Support is not intended to be an educational, site development-Unless you’re a current subscriber to a specific JrWebWorks Service such as web site design by JrWebWorks, or site error correction service. These latter issues are provided on a fee basis.
10. Cancellation of Service – Written 90 Day Notice Required
This agreement is established on a month to month basis. The Customer must cancel with written 30 day notice sent to the address of JrWebWorks listed in this agreement. The Customer agrees that JrWebWorks has the right to delete all data, files, or other information that is stored on JrWebWorks's servers on behalf of the Customer, if the account is canceled, for any reason, by either the Customer or JrWebWorks.
11. Refund ability of Fees
All setup fees (if applicable) and initially billed monthly fees are non-refundable.
You as the author of your pages take full responsibility for its contents. As the author you state your page contains nothing illegal, pornographic, nor promotes hate groups. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page is copyrighted material and that any links to other servers have been approved by that organization. You agree that JrWebWorks has the right (for any reason or no reason) to remove any page. By submitting your pages, you are agreeing to all these conditions.
